How to order?

You can place an order by using the shopping bag, general email address info@relaxsol.be or the contact form.
Remember to give us all your details. Name, Company name, Address, Del. Address, telephone number, email address (this must be a valid email address), VAT number (this will be controlled )and a list of what you would like to order or any questions.

Using the shopping bag on the web site, add the items you would like to order. At the check-out stage you have the chance to amend you order. The next stage is to fill in your details. (not bank details)
We do not take direct payment through the website. You will always receive a full quotation of what you have ordered, quantity, price, discounts, stock situation, delivery cost and expected delivery times. Also included how to make payment, PLX bank details and alternative methods of payment.

You then check and confirm the order or amend the order. After confirming your order you can make the payment using your own online banking system, bank or we can send a request for payment via PayPal.
Payment in from a Belgium account is usually no longer than 2 working days.
Payment from a "EURO" country is up to 4 working days and is free of charge if you use payment by European transfer. Using International payment will incur charges. These charge are not paid by the beneficiary (PLX Solutions).
